The sheets we littered with blood and obvious signs of bed bugs. We go to the new room and immediately check for signs of bed bugs. Up to this moment we did not hear 'We are sorry' from anybody. They moved us from the third floor to the 11th. We returned to the hotel and a new person at the front desk said to bring our stuff down and they would assign a new room. I asked what the plan was regarding this issue and she was super rude about it. told the story again and they put the manager on. They said the manager was busy and would call us, so we left our cell phone number. We went downstairs and told the front desk. Before leaving we put all our stuff in the bathtub. Upon getting dressed we found a bed bug on our sheets. We woke up very early the next day becuase I was running in the Free Press marathon. He actually asked, 'Didn't the front desk tell you this?' We get to the room, put our bags down and proceed to check the room for signs of bed bugs. Another staff person showed me you had to use your room key to scan a monitor inside the elevator to get it to work. I got to the elevator, and it wouldn't work. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in/ At check in I was attempting to ask questions and the staff were so rude and unhelpful.
